Promotes understanding that mental health is just as important as physical health. Helps reduce suicide rates and self-harm. Creates supportive communities, workplaces, and schools. Common Mental Health Issues: Anxiety Disorders – constant worry, panic attacks. Depression – persistent sadness, loss of interest, hopelessness.
